Approved education counts toward your certification hour requirements. Courses, clinics, conferences and workshops may all qualify.

Are you an education provider who would like your courses to count toward APEX certification?

We review applications on a rolling basis. Requirements for approval:

Content must align with science-backed equine welfare standards.

Provider must demonstrate expertise in their subject matter.

Course must include a measurable learning outcome.

Minimum length: 1 hour for workshops; 3 hours for multi-module courses.
